Starters include heirloom tomato carpaccio, a flight of caviar, and the 45 Dollar Salad, which comes with lobster, caviar, foie gras, black truffles, white asparagus, and a host of other top-shelf ingredients. Entrees include seared veal with fava beans and morels, and seared turbot with artichokes and capers. Wine pairings are suggested on the menu as well. A luxurious afternoon tea is served Thursday through Sunday.
